Pacific Collegiate is 0-3 against Notre Dame since February of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Pacific Collegiate Pumas will be playing in front of their home fans against the Notre Dame Spirits at 7:00 p.m. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Pacific Collegiate has struggled recently with five losses in a row, while Notre Dame will arrive with four straight victories.
While Pacific Collegiate couldn't quite beat King City back in January, the two-point margin was a huge improvement compared to the 23-point defeat they were dealt back in January. Pacific Collegiate fell just short of King City by a score of 27-25.
Meanwhile, Notre Dame was able to grind out a solid win over King City on Thursday, taking the game 48-41.
Francesca Rossi was her usual excellent self, scoring 13 points along with six steals. Another player making a difference was Clarissa Medeiros, who scored 11 points along with two steals.
Pacific Collegiate has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season. As for Notre Dame, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season.
