Mount Union's lost on Monday despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Payton Williams, who scored 6 points. Another player making a difference was Cailyn Skopic, who scored 6 points.
The victory got Penns Valley Area back to even at 1-1. As for Mount Union, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
