Barron wasn't the only one making solid contact as five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Bendito Diaz, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base. Alex Vargas was another, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Compton's offense. They lost 12-0 to Woodrow Wilson on Wednesday.

Compton's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Cabrillo has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .444. It's a different story for Compton, though, as they've only averaged .331. Will they be able to contain Cabrillo's hitters?
