It was a good run, but Christian School of York unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 38-31 to Northumberland Christian. Despite the loss, Christian School of York still got an impressive performance from Rylie Bell, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Cally Carpenter, who scored six points.
Christian School of York's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-5. As for Northumberland Christian, their win bumped their record up to 7-8.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Christian School of York will take on Veritas Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Christian School of York is coming into the game with seven straight losses at home, so Veritas Academy is out to stop a team with plenty of momentum. Northumberland Christian will take on Juniata Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
