Meanwhile, Souhegan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 22-10 to Kingswood. Souhegan's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Milford has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 9 hits per game. It's a different story for Souhegan, though, as they've been averaging 9.6 hits. Given Milford's sizable advantage in that area, the Sabers will need to find a way to close that gap.
