The Souhegan Sabers triumphed over the visiting Milford Spartans softball squad by a count of 12-7 in Friday's league challenge.

Next, the Sabers play the Coe-Brown Academy Bears (Northwood, NH) in a Division II challenge, on Monday, April 28. Souhegan will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Bears enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 3-2 league loss to Sanborn Regional (Kingston, NH).

The Spartans (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Pelham (Pelham, NH). The Pythons enter the Division II challenge with a 2-4 record.
