The Lincoln Lions will be playing in front of their home fans against the Piedmont Hills Pirates at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Lincoln's favor as the team sits on four straight wins at home while the Pirates have been banged up by six consecutive losses on the road.
Last Thursday, Lincoln didn't have too much breathing room in their match against the Raiders, but they still walked away with a 39-33 win.
Meanwhile, Piedmont Hills came up short against the Longhorns on Thursday and fell 53-44. Piedmont Hills has not had much luck with the Longhorns recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Lincoln has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season. As for Piedmont Hills, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost 11 of their last 12 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season.
