After losing to the Bloomsburg Panthers the last time they met, the Holy Redeemer Royals decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Holy Redeemer enjoyed a cozy 51-36 victory over Bloomsburg on Saturday. That's two games straight that Holy Redeemer has won by exactly 15 points.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Holy Redeemer to victory, but perhaps none more so than Bella Boylan, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds. Tessa Cegelka was another key contributor, scoring 9 points along with 5 steals.
The win makes it two in a row for Holy Redeemer and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Bloomsburg, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Holy Redeemer will head out on the road to face off against Williamsport at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bloomsburg, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Montoursville at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
