In what's become a running theme this season, the Tehachapi Warriors gave their fans yet another huge win on Thursday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 53-14 victory over South. Tehachapi is really starting to get used to good results now that the team's won 14 straight.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Tehachapi to victory, but perhaps none more so than Riley Walden, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds and four steals. Another player making a difference was Kennedy Perkins, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds and four steals.
Tehachapi has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 16 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 20-2 record this season. As for South, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-14.
Tehachapi will be playing at home against East Bakersfield at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South, they will head out on the road to challenge West at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West will be looking to keep their four-game home win streak alive.
