Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hayward). They took down the San Lorenzo Grizzlies 48-34 on Tuesday. The Farmers haven't had any issues with the Grizzlies recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

San Lorenzo lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Destiny Finley, who posted 11 points. Izzy Bolanos was another key player, putting up nine points.

Hayward's victory bumped their record up to 6-18. As for San Lorenzo, they dropped their record down to 1-16 with the loss, which was their 11th straight on the road.

Hayward didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 42-36 defeat against Mt. Eden on the 13th. As for San Lorenzo, they have also already played their next contest, a 47-35 win against Arroyo on the 14th.
