Kennedy Allen made a splash no matter where she played. She tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in ten consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 1-for-1 with three RBI and one double.
In other batting news, Madison Cagle and Blaklei Smith did most of the damage at the plate: Cagle went 2-for-3 with four stolen bases and two runs, while Smith went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs. Those four stolen bases gave Cagle a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Brenlee Corea, who went 1-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
