It was another big night for Lena Tahod, who scored 29 points along with eight steals and two blocks for Westlake Charter. That's the first time this season that Tahod posted two or more blocks. Elite's defeat was their 12th straight at home, which bumped their record down to 1-17. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 19.9 points per game. As for Westlake Charter, their victory bumped their record up to 9-6.

As for Westlake Charter, they will be playing at home against John Adams Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. John Adams Academy has insisted on making their lastthree contests complete nail-biters, turning in a record of 3-0 during that stretch of close contests.
