Mekhi Brown, an Alabama commit, is a 6-foot-2, 220-pound defensive end who gave a verbal pledge to the Crimson Tide way back in April, 2013.
Brown made 56 tackles (14 for loss) and 11 sacks last fall as a junior. He also forced four fumbles.
The

That's probably why other programs are trying to poach Brown away from Alabama.
Brown recently took an official visit to Notre Dame, his second trip to South Bend since the summer.
However, there's no indication that Brown will be defecting from Alabama. If he does, it may not be to Notre Dame but Georgia, as
Brown's 247 Crystal Ball has one prediction of him ending up in Athens.
Whether it's Tuscaloosa, South Bend or Athens, Brown will make a difference-maker at the next level.
