Softball Recap: Calvary Christian's Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Calvary Christian entered their tilt with Hardaway on Monday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Hawks a 15-0 shutout. Considering the Knights have won 11 games by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Calvary Christian's win bumped their record up to 20-2. As for Hardaway, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 11-10.

Coming up, Calvary Christian will take on Tattnall Square Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Knights 1.7, the Trojans 3.7) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Hardaway, they are taking a road trip to face off against Sumter County at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
