Andre Skiles was huge no matter where he played even without the win. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over three innings while giving up just one earned (and six unearned) runs off two hits. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs, one double, and one RBI. High Tech CV is 7-2 when Skiles posts two or more runs, but 2-11 otherwise.
