The matchup was Gallegos' fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Grace Wang, who scored nine points along with 11 rebounds and six steals.
Jefferson's victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Immaculate Conception, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.
Jefferson's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Terra Nova at 6:00 p.m. on January 9th. Terra Nova has now lost nine straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since November 29. As for Immaculate Conception, they will head out on the road to face off against Washington at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
