The Dinuba Emperors are taking a road trip to  take on the Tulare Union Tribe  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Dinuba easily dispatched Woodlake on Saturday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. The Emperors fell just short of Lemoore by a score of  4-2 on Wednesday.
 Dinuba saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Derek Hernandez, who  went 2-for-3 with one  run.  Jayce Prendez also deserves some recognition as  he  scored his first  run of the season.
 Meanwhile, Tulare Union was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight  defeat. They lost  14-5 to Mission Oak.
 Tulare Union's loss dropped their record down to 7-17-1. As for Dinuba, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost eight of their last ten contests. That lines up perfectly with their 5-20 record  this season.
 Dinuba skirted past Tulare Union  5-3 when the teams last played  back in April. Will the Emperors repeat their success,  or do  the Tribe have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
