The Pace Academy Knights will venture away from home to  square off against the Decatur Bulldogs  at 5:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Pace Academy is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.6  runs per game  this season.
On Tuesday, Pace Academy came up short against East Paulding  and fell  11-7.

They put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp  13-5 win. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won 13 matchups by seven  runs or more  so far this season.
 Decatur's victory bumped their record up to 17-2. As for Pace Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 11-9.
 Pace Academy came out on top in a nail-biter against Decatur when the teams last played  back in October of 2024, sneaking past  6-4. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
