Sullivan won the last time they faced Owensville and things went their way on Thursday too. The Eagles blew past the Dutchmen 12-4. That eight run margin sets a new team best for the Eagles this season.

Sullivan has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.8 runs over those games. As for Owensville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.

Coming up, Sullivan will challenge Howell at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Owensville, they will host St. Pius X on Saturday. The Lancers will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last.
