Stuart Hall came out on top against Credo on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive nine-run fourth inning. The Knights' pitcher stepped up to hand the Gryphon a 15-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won three games by 15 runs or more so far this season.
Ryder Anderson was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with four RBI, two doubles, and one run. Stuart Hall is undefeated when Anderson posts three or more RBI, but 1-3 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Sebastian Bach Gebler, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Thursday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. College Prep has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Stuart Hall struggles in that department as they've been averaging 7.4 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
College Prep suffered a grim 13-1 defeat to Stuart Hall in their previous meeting back in March of 2020. Can the Cougars avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
