This is the second loss in a row for California and nudges their season record down to 6-7. As for Edison, their win bumped their record up to 3-14.
California won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Irvine at 2:30 p.m. on December 30th. Irvine is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Edison, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Newport Harbor at 7:00 a.m. Newport Harbor is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.
