It was a good run, but the Sequoia Ravens unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 41-32 hit to the loss column at the hands of El Camino. Sequoia was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as El Camino apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.
Among those leading the charge was Basco Chelsea, who scored 22 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Caitelyn Santos, who scored eight points.
Sequoia's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for El Camino, their win bumped their record up to 8-10.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sequoia will take on Westmoor at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for El Camino, they the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Capuchino at 6:00 p.m. on January 26th.
