Point Loma's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Canyon Crest Academy, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-6.
Point Loma will take on San Ysidro in a tournament on Friday. As for Canyon Crest Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 48-45 defeat against Kearny on the 17th.
