The Hoover Tornados's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their sixth straight loss. They took a serious blow against Pasadena, falling 57-20. While losing is never fun, Hoover can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1142nd, while Pasadena is ranked 463rd).
Iren Musayelyan was Hoover's leading scorer, having posted five points.
Hoover's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Pasadena, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3.
Hoover will head out on the road to face off against Crescenta Valley at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Pasadena's road trip will continue as they head out to face Flintridge Sacred Heart at 4:30 p.m. on December 8th.
