The Redwood Rangers can now show off 13 landslide victories after their most recent  game  on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand Golden West a  5-0 shutout. Redwood's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a  goal in their last eight  games.
 Redwood is  on a roll lately: they've  won 11 of their last 12 matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 17-3-3 record this season. As for Golden West, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-3-5.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Redwood will take on Mt. Whitney at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Redwood is coming into the  game with three straight  wins at home,  meaning Mt. Whitney will have to defend against a  squad hungry for a  victory. Golden West will take on El Diamante at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
