Among those leading the charge was Jamarria Bailey, who scored 16 points. That's the first time this season that he scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Drexel Miller, who scored ten points.
Meanwhile, Simmons came up short against West Bolivar on Tuesday and fell 40-31. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Simmons has scored all season.
West Tallahatchie's win bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Simmons, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 6-9.
West Tallahatchie didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Simmons when the teams last played back in February of 2023, but they still walked away with a 64-60 win.
