The Forest Hills Rangers put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Huntingdon 57-30 on the road. That's another feather in the cap for Forest Hills, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Forest Hills got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Anna Burkey out in front who scored 9 points along with 8 rebounds and 6 steals. Burkey continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Arissa Britt was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals.
Forest Hills' victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Huntingdon, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-1.
Forest Hills will take on Langley at 12:20 p.m. on Saturday. Langley is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling. As for Huntingdon, they will head out on the road to face off against Bellwood-Antis at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
