Brea Olinda was led to victory by Liz Han and Maya Sanborn. Han scored 13 points, while Sanborn scored 14 points. The game was Han's third in a row with at least ten points. Alisha Choi was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Brea Olinda's win bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Pinole Valley, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.
