Kailyn Sterling continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Troy, scoring 23 points along with seven rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which Sterling has scored at least 25% of Troy's points. Another player making a difference was Alyssa Parks, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds.
Wyalusing Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Troy, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.
Wyalusing Valley will head out on the road to face off against Elk Lake at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Troy will be home for the holidays to greet Shamokin Area at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Pennsylvania (Shamokin Area is ranked 103rd, while Troy is ranked 93rd).
