In what's become a running theme this season, the Xavier Prep Saints gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They blew past La Quinta 65-22 on the road. With Xavier Prep ahead 36-11 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Xavier Prep to victory, but perhaps none more so than Amoree Ferrel, who scored 19 points along with three steals. Another player making a difference was Tiffany Chang, who went 6 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 18 points and 2 assists.
Xavier Prep is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matchups, which somehow isn't as good as their 18-5 record this season. As for La Quinta, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-10.

As for La Quinta, they will square off against Shadow Hills at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Shadow Hills presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than La Quinta in California (Shadow Hills is ranked 83rd, while La Quinta is ranked 711th).
