There's no place like home for Glenn, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Whitney Wildcats a 10-0 shutout on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Wildcats last Tuesday, they had to take a 9-4 loss.

Matthew Sy was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Evan Perez, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

The win snapped Glenn's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-9 record. As for Whitney, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.

Glenn didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Oxford Academy on the 1st. As for Whitney, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 15-3 loss against Artesia on the 1st.
