Meanwhile, Renaissance Academy entered their tilt with Dock Mennonite with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. Renaissance Academy blew past Dock Mennonite, posting a 45-7 victory at home. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Renaissance Academy has posted since December 12, 2023.
Renaissance Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Dallis Stewart led the charge by scoring 13 points along with six assists and two steals. Stewart also posted two blocks for the first time this season. Another player making a difference was Saydi Daye, who scored 12 points.
Faith Christian Academy's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-5. As for Renaissance Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.
Faith Christian Academy strolled past Renaissance Academy in their previous matchup back in January of 2023 by a score of 52-34.
