There's no place like home for the Conneaut Area Eagles, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road on Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 50-31 win over Cochranton on Monday. That's another feather in the cap for Conneaut Area, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Despite the loss, Cochranton still got an impressive performance from Shelby McBryar, who scored ten points.
Conneaut Area's victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.5 points per game. As for Cochranton, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.
Conneaut Area will head out on the road to face off against Eisenhower at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Cochranton, they will be playing at home against Cambridge Springs at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
