Despite the loss, Cochranton still got an impressive performance from Shelby McBryar, who scored ten points.
Conneaut Area's victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.5 points per game. As for Cochranton, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.
Conneaut Area will head out on the road to face off against Eisenhower at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Cochranton, they will be playing at home against Cambridge Springs at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
