The Carlson Marauders and the Riverview Pirates will compete for holiday cheer  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Carlson is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60.3  points per game  this season.
Last Tuesday, Carlson came up short against Allen Park  and fell  61-50. The Marauders haven't had much luck with the Jaguars recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.

 The losing side was boosted by   Austin Saavedra, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on 14 points and nine  rebounds. The dominant performance gave  him a new career-high in  rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of  Justin Hird, who  posted eight points.
 Meanwhile,  there's no place like home for Riverview, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Monday. They took down Milan 65-51  on Tuesday.
 Carlson's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Riverview, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.
 Carlson beat Riverview 47-36  when the teams last played  back in January. Will Carlson repeat their success,  or does  Riverview have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
