MMI Preparatory School lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Bria Kringe, who scored 12 points along with two steals. That was a full 100% of MMI Preparatory School's points, marking the 15th time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
The victory was the third in a row for Lincoln Leadership Academy, bringing their record for this year to 9-3. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 40 points. As for MMI Preparatory School, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season.
Lincoln Leadership Academy will head out on the road to take on Bethlehem Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for MMI Preparatory School, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Benton at 1:00 p.m. on January 27th. Benton is no doubt hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
