On Monday, everything went The King's Academy Knights's way against the Heritage Preparatory Rams as The King's Academy Knights made off with a 14-4 win. With that victory, the Knights brought their scoring average up to 6.7 runs per game.

Hayden Beasley was incredible, scoring four runs and stealing Eight bases. while going 3-for-3. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 1.1 stolen bases per game. Another player making a difference was Dominick Hopkins, who scored three runs while going 2-for-4.

The King's Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .606. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in four consecutive contests.

The King's Academy is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.5 runs over those games. Heritage Preparatory's loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. The King's Academy will venture away from home to square off against Creekside Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The King's Academy will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last. As for Heritage Preparatory, they are taking a road trip to challenge St. Mary's Academy at 4:30 p.m. on March 26th.
