Softball Recap: Kiefer Now 7-1 over Last Eight Games

Kiefer picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They came out on top against the Binger-Oney Bobcats by a score of 6-3.

Kynlee DiLibero was a standout: she went 1-for-2 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double. Those three runs gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Maleigha Presley, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Kiefer hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least three batters in six consecutive games.

Kiefer is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-3 record this season. As for Binger-Oney, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

Kiefer didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 6-4 defeat against Hydro-Eakly on the 6th. Binger-Oney does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
