There's no place like home for Social Circle, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. Everything went their way against the Commerce Tigers on Saturday as the Social Circle Redskins made off with a 10-3 victory. The Redskins might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by six runs or more this season.

Social Circle's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-1. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.1 runs over those games. As for Commerce, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Social Circle will face off against Lake Oconee Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Commerce, they are taking a road trip to face off against Oglethorpe County at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Oglethorpe County's pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so Commerce's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
