Central Christian's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Covington Academy Bulldogs with a sharp 11-1 win. That ten run margin sets a new team best for the Crusaders this season.

Tucker Handley made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Handley was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while going 2-for-3. He also brought in an RBI, marking his first of the season.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Anthony Lorfano, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. That stolen base marked the first that he snagged this season.

Central Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .677. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Covington Academy only posted an OBP of .227.
