The Ontario Christian Knights came tearing into Tuesday's match with 15 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 42.6 points) and they left with even more momentum. They claimed a resounding 114-29 victory over Linfield Christian at home. Ontario Christian has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 matches by 29 points or more this season.
Karsen Marshall was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 37 points and 14 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Kaleena Smith, who scored 24 points along with seven steals and six assists.
Ontario Christian pushed their record up to 23-3 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 98.0 points per game. As for Linfield Christian, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-18.
Ontario Christian will head out on the road to take on the Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Aquinas will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 129th, while the Knights are ranked 12th). As for Linfield Christian, they will be playing at home against the Royals at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Woodcrest Christian is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.
