String Theory has enjoyed the comforts of home their last five games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will square off against the Franklin Learning Center Bobcats at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. String Theory will be strutting in after a win while Franklin Learning Center will be coming in after a loss.
On Monday, String Theory was able to grind out a solid victory over KIPP DuBois Collegiate Academy, taking the game 38-28.
Meanwhile, Franklin Learning Center unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Wednesday. They received a tough blow as they fell 36-22 to South Philadelphia. Franklin Learning Center has not had much luck with South Philadelphia recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
String Theory's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Franklin Learning Center, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-2.
String Theory strolled past Franklin Learning Center in their previous meeting back in January of 2023 by a score of 36-21. The rematch might be a little tougher for String Theory since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
