Austin McMannamon looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Furthermore, he didn't allow a single walk, the first time he has blanked an opponent since back in April of 2024.
At the plate, Keegan Goddard and Drew Asadorian did most of the damage at the plate: Goddard went 1-for-3 with one home run, two stolen bases, and three RBI, while Asadorian scored two runs and stole four bases while going 3-for-3. That's the most stolen bases Goddard has posted since back in May of 2024. David Gonzales was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
