The Boron Bobcats lost against the Bishop Union Broncos back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Boron took a serious blow against Bishop Union, falling 41-7. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Boron has scored all season.
Bishop Union's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Henny Charley, who scored 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Analee Guerrero, who scored seven points along with five assists.
Boron has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season. As for Bishop Union, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-8.
Boron does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Bishop Union also has no future games currently scheduled.
