Softball Recap: Porum Has No Trouble Against Mccurtain

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Valliant, Porum was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Everything went their way against the McCurtain Bulldogs as they made off with an 18-1 win. Considering the Panthers have won seven matches by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Porum is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for McCurtain, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5-1.

Porum has already played their next contest, an 8-1 win against Keota on the 4th. As for McCurtain, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Gore on the 5th.
