The Pine City Dragons fell victim to the Esko Eskomos''s stalwart defense on Wednesday and couldn't make it onto the board. They were outmatched by the Eskomos on the road and fell 61-0. Pine City has struggled against Esko recently, as their game on Wednesday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
Pine City's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Esko, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.
Pine City does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Esko will be playing in front of their home fans against Pierz at 2:00 p.m. on October 28th. Pierz will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Minnesota Rankings (they are ranked 122nd, while Esko is ranked 15th).
