After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Maconaquah, North Miami was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the Caston Comets 10-4. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by six runs or more this season.

Jension Carr was a standout: he went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and one double. He has become a key player for North Miami: the team is 5-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 9-10 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Logan Smith, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.

With the win, North Miami broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 14-11. As for Caston, their loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Miami will challenge Maconaquah at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Caston, they will take on Wabash at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
