You can't lose the  match if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Forbes Road's strategy against the Belleville Mennonite Thunder on Saturday. Forbes Road enjoyed a cozy  43-27 victory over Belleville Mennonite. That's another feather in the cap for Forbes Road, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Forbes Road to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Katie Hess, who  scored ten points along with eight  rebounds. Hess has been hot recently, having posted eight or more  rebounds the last seven times she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Taylor Small, who  scored 12 points along with eight  rebounds.
 Forbes Road is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. As for Belleville Mennonite, they  still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.
 Forbes Road will be playing at home against Mount Union at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. Hopefully Mount Union focused on turnovers this week  since the team gave up seven last Thursday. As for Belleville Mennonite, they will head out on the road to  challenge  Fannett Metal at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. Belleville Mennonite is coming into the  matchup with seven straight  losses on the road,  meaning Fannett Metal will have to defend against a  team hungry for a  win.
