While Telfair County put up plenty of runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Dublin. The Trojans were the clear victors by an 11-0 margin over the Fighting Irish. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Fighting Irish recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Lylah Cate Jones made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out seven over five innings pitched. Jones was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two doubles and one RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Ryleigh Jones, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Hennessy Livingston was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run.

Telfair County was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .565. The last time their batting average was this high was was before the start of last season.

Telfair County's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.
