Greeley West's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They never let the Overland Trailblazers get on the board and left with an 18-0 victory. The Spartans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matches by six runs or more this season.

Amaya Cron made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). Cron was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three runs and two RBI.

In other batting news, Greeley West got a massive performance out of Madison DeVault, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Hayden Atchley was another key player, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Greeley West always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .562. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Greeley West's record now sits at 6-4. As for Overland, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
