The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for James Lick in their matchups with Prospect: they've now lost three in a row.
James Lick has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-12-2 record this season. As for Prospect, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-8-2.
James Lick will take on Willow Glen at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. James Lick's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for Prospect, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Westmont at 7:00 p.m. Prospect is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
